Our latest offering
We have recently opened registrations for our new My First 1000 Days sessions, starting 24th February. These standalone sessions, run by the University of Leeds and led by trained Family Wellbeing Workers, support parents and carers of babies aged 0-12 months with practical topics including sleep, early connection, communication, and starting solids.
We will be running 4 standalone sessions. The sessions are relaxed and we want to make the atmosphere as welcoming and accessible as possible. You can find details about each session and how to book on Eventbrite.

Inclusion
Every session is disability inclusive and informed. We want to pioneer a fully inclusive way of providing family support and work with families who may need extra support.
Anyone who comes to our sessions may request extra support if they need it. This can include help with language translation and easy read versions of information sheets and documents. We want to make things as easy as possible to understand.

Opportunities
This is a great opportunity to meet other parents in your area who have babies at a similar age and get involved in peer support with the help of our experienced Family Wellbeing Workers.
We aim to help you feel supported and become more confident, helping you give your child the best possible start in life.

Who can join?
Parents and Caregivers of babies aged 0-12 months old. Babies and pregnant parents are welcome! For more information, you can contact us using our contact form to join one of our sessions or use the link provided here.
