My First 1000 Days is comprised of four workstreams, that all feed into the centering based group care approach. The workstreams include three areas which are critical for health and development during the first 1000 days: Early Language and Cognitive Development; Physical Activity; Food and Nutrition. The final workstream ‘Co-producing a Disability-Inclusive Model of Group Care’ acts as a golden thread which runs throughout and will wrap around each workstream to ensure that they are disability-inclusive.
